Our Standard Delivery Charge is 15 Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Order Time : Before 12pm - Delivery By 6pm
Order Time : From 12 pm to 5 pm - Delivery By 11pm
Order Time : After 5pm - Delivery By the following day before 12 noon
Order Time : Express Delivery - Within 4 hours - Surcharge of 20 Dollars
Redirection of Orders - Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm - Surcharge of 10 Dollars per address

Delivery for Sunday and Public Holidays - We accept only Advance Order, please email to sales@shanafloral.com for assistance.
Express Delivery is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday at a surcharge of 20 Dollars.
Any Express Delivery order that comes in after 5pm will be delivered on the next day earliest time possible. Customer must inform us by email after the payment is made as to confirm the purchase of this option.
If you wish to have your delivery on a different date from order date, please indicated on Add Comments About Your Order upon checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Surcharges Options: You can add to cart for different surcharges under our Add Ons Section. Alternatively, you may choose to email to sales@shanafloral.com for assistance.
Additional charges will be imposed for the following restricted areas and only available for delivery with advance notice prior to delivery date.
- Airport Area - Surcharge of 20 Dollars
- Army Camps - Surcharge of 20 Dollars
- Sentosa - Surcharge of 20 Dollars
We will make every effort to deliver the order directly to the recipient. However, order may be duly received and signed by a third party at the address to confirm the delivery under the following conditions:
- Private Residential Housing or Commercial Premises with tight security.
- Delivery to Government buildings, Hospital Wards, Hotels, Private clubs etc.
- When the recipient is not around to receive the order.
In rare cases of late or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as acts of God, natural disasters, war like situations, etc. will not be considered as a violation of purchase. Shana’s Floral will not refund in the above stated circumstances due to the perishable nature of the products and the costs involved. Shana’s Floral will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:-
- The recipient name and address provided is not clearly stated or insufficient or invalid delivery information was provided.
- Recipient is not present and no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
- The recipient’s refusal to accept the gift.
- Customer had provided wrong date or time of delivery.
- Recipient had already been discharged from hospital upon delivery of goods.
- The funeral ceremony is over upon delivery of goods.

Shana’s Floral collects necessary personal information through customers’ voluntary input online. All these personal information are kept mainly for normal order fulfillment and billing purposes. We assure that all customers’ & recipients’ information provided are not sold, given or revealed to any third party without the prior consent of the customer & shall remain absolutely confidential.

You will be directed to the Paypal website where you will enter your credit/debit card or bank account information for authentication with the bank through secured connection. They will ensure all your confidential information is secure when your transactions take place on our secure server and during payment transaction online. None of the customer’s private & confidential information is kept by Shana’s Floral at any point in time, and will not be monitored by us.
Opt Out of Newsletters from Shana’s Floral
Customers may choose to opt-out from Shana’s Floral mail list via email to sales@shanafloral.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe” to remove your name from our mail list at anytime. We will remove your email address from our mail list upon receiving your email.
Alternatively, you may also log in to your account, go to "Email Notifications" and click on “Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters”, it will bring you to another page where you can uncheck “General Newsletter” option.
Payment Terms & Conditions
All items sold are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
Fillers & flower colours may differ from sample product pictures, subject to stock availability.
In cases due to nature or seasonal of flowers and imperfect market condition, we may not have some items in stock such as fillers, container. vases, gift items, fruits, artificial or fresh flowers, Shana’s Floral will select a substitution of a similar element of equal value.
We will do our best not to replace the main flowers chosen (eg. If the choice of the main flowers is pink roses, we will substitute with a different colour for the rose if pink is not available and not substitute with other types of flowers, unless they are out of stock from supplier, especially for seasonal flowers.
Orders will only be executed after the full payment has been made in accordance to the actual value of the order plus any extra delivery charges etc.

Deposits paid are not refundable upon confirmation.
Shana’s Floral shall not be responsible nor liable for any incorrect bank account transfer or deposit due to wrong input or negligence of the customer.

Cancellation Charges
- Order cancelled due to the unavailability of goods – 100% refund
- Cancellation of order by customer within 48hrs before delivery – 50% refund
- Cancellation of order by customer less than 24hrs before delivery – no refund
- All refunds are at the discretion of Shana’s Floral
